ODE $1,000 WARDROBE COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER
The promoter is Accent Group Limited ABN 85 108 096 251 and NZBN 9429031992886, trading as The ODE Shop (“Promoter”).

ACCEPTANCE
Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition opens on Thursday 10 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026 (“Competition Period”).
For New Zealand entrants, the competition closes at 1:59am NZST on Monday 21 September 2026.
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies directly associated with the competition, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a. visit https://theodeshop.com/;
b. enter the requested contact details;
c. agree to receive marketing communications from ODE; and
d. successfully submit the sign-up form.
Entry is free. A maximum of one entry per person applies.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting the validity of an entry submitted during the Competition Period.

PRIZE
There is one prize available.
The winner will be entitled to select ODE products with a combined recommended retail value of up to AUD $1,000.
The total maximum prize value is AUD $1,000.
The winner’s product selection:
a. is subject to available products, colours and sizes at the time the prize is fulfilled;
b. must be made from ODE products available through the Promoter;
c. may include full-price and sale products, subject to confirmation by the Promoter; and
d. must not exceed a total recommended retail value of AUD $1,000.
If the winner selects products with a combined value of less than AUD $1,000, the remaining value will be forfeited and will not be provided as cash, credit or a gift card.
If the winner wishes to select products exceeding AUD $1,000 in total value, the winner may pay the difference, subject to the Promoter’s approval.
The Promoter will work with the winner to confirm their final selection. If a selected product, colour or size is unavailable, the winner may choose another available product.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Delivery to one Australian or New Zealand residential address is included.

WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at 12:00pm AEST on Monday 21 September 2026 at the Promoter’s office.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number supplied with their entry within two business days of the draw.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are correct and for checking their email, including junk and spam folders.
The winner’s first initial, surname and country of residence may be published at https://theodeshop.com/ and/or on ODE’s social media channels.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must respond to the Promoter and claim the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Monday 5 October 2026.
The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age, residency and eligibility.
If the winner does not claim the prize by the deadline, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at the same location as the original draw.
Any redraw winner will be contacted within two business days.

VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants and to disqualify an entrant who:
a. submits an incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entry;
b. tampers with the entry process or operation of the competition; or
c. breaches these Terms and Conditions.
These rights will be exercised reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

CHANGES OR INTERRUPTION
If the competition cannot operate as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the competition, subject to applicable law and any directions from a regulatory authority.
If the prize or part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received because of technical difficulties or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

PRIVACY AND MARKETING
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to administer the competition, select and contact the winner, fulfil the prize and send marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the ODE Privacy Policy available at https://theodeshop.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in an email or SMS. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.
The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related entities, service providers, delivery providers and regulatory authorities where reasonably required to administer the competition or comply with the law.

GENERAL
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
